We want you to love your Khoob scarf. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns Window
You may return or exchange your scarf within 10 days of delivery.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your scarf must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free of perfume, makeup, or any stains
- Returned in its original Khoob packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or confirmation email
We inspect every return carefully before processing. Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
Exchanges
Want a different design instead? We're happy to exchange — subject to availability. Contact us to arrange your exchange before sending the item back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
