Scarf Care
Your Khoob scarf is made from premium silk and finished with hand-painted artwork printed at high resolution. With a little care, it will stay beautiful for years.
Washing
Gently hand wash your scarf separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not wring or twist — silk is strongest when dry and most delicate when wet.
If you prefer dry cleaning, choose a cleaner experienced with silk and printed textiles.
Drying
Lay your scarf flat on a clean towel in the shade. Roll the towel gently to absorb excess water, then unroll and let the scarf air dry away from direct sunlight. Never tumble dry silk.
Ironing
If needed, iron on a cool setting while the silk is still slightly damp, or use a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric. Avoid steam directly on printed areas.
Storage
Store your scarf folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging silk for long periods, as it can stretch. A breathable fabric pouch or acid-free tissue paper will keep it in perfect condition.
A Note on Silk
Silk is a natural fibre — it breathes, drapes beautifully, and softens with wear. Minor variations in texture are part of the fabric's character, not flaws. With care, your Khoob scarf becomes softer and more personal over time.
